On the morning of October 13th, the 2024 Chinese Tourism Commodities Competition and the 2024 China Tourism Commodities Awards Ceremony were grandly held at the Yiwu International Expo Center in Zhejiang. This competition was jointly organized by the China Tourism Association and the People's Government of Yiwu City, and was hosted by the Tourism Commodities and Equipment Branch of the China Tourism Association and the Yiwu Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism, and Sports. A total of 30 provincial, municipal, autonomous regional cultural and tourism departments (bureaus) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Cultural, Sports, Radio, Television, and Tourism Bureau, as well as 11 deputy provincial-level city cultural and tourism departments, tourism associations, and tourism commodity associations (branches), carefully selected 2,062 pieces/sets of commodities to participate in the competition after careful selection in the early stage. Among them, 1,980 pieces/sets passed the three rounds of preliminary review, and finally, nearly 30,000 pieces of 1,960 pieces/sets of participating commodities were delivered to the on-site finals, exceeding the number of previous competitions.

From October 11th to 12th, the 2024 Chinese Tourism Commodities Competition and the 2024 China Tourism Commodities Competition held their on-site finals at Hall C1 of the Yiwu International Expo Center. The expert committee of the competition organized relevant experts to conduct on-site reviews of the participating commodities. In accordance with the principles of fairness and impartiality, and based on the requirements and standards of the competition, after three rounds of judging, 100 gold awards, 200 silver awards, and 200 bronze awards were ultimately awarded.
